Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and handling sales opportunities, ensuring smooth turnover for service delivery, and building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers. This full‑time position supports day‑to‑day sales activities and aims to achieve both personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor strengths, and economic conditions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
