Sales Manager – Leisure & Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Manager for the Leisure & Hospitality division will lead growth initiatives across both new and existing markets. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning, talent acquisition partnership, and team mentorship to achieve revenue targets. The manager will also monitor market trends, analyse performance data, and adjust tactics to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and recruit top sales talent.
• Mentor and coach sales team members to meet individual and collective performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Track market developments and report sales performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Motivated and well‑organized professional with a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship building.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
