About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operation Associate who is fluent in Italian to support its sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM data and providing administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system by entering, organizing, and maintaining it accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Handle vendor requests and issues related to orders.

Required profile

  • Fluent level in Italian (C1).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.

Required skills

  • CRM data management.
  • Vendor order coordination.
