Sales Operations Associate – German Speaker

About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in German to support its sales team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor‑related order issues.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
- Process vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent German (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and management.
