Sales Operations Associate Manager

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC) is seeking a Sales Operations Associate Manager to lead a team of Sales Operations Associates. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality sales support, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient quoting and BSA management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop the Sales Operations Associate (SOA) team.
• Monitor team performance, identify improvement areas, and manage performance through regular feedback and annual appraisals.
• Prioritize tasks, ensuring high‑quality and timely execution of daily activities.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across the team.
• Lead change‑management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support innovation and operational‑excellence projects.
• Handle people‑management administrative tasks.
• Communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders across functions.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum C1 level (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle demanding situations.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and innovative mindset.
• Supply‑chain and people‑management experience is an advantage.
