About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese to support its sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM data, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth vendor interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer, lead and sales activity data in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation and data entry.
- Handle vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English at least B1 level.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other departments.
