    As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales team and our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM and ERP systems, ensuring that all sales data is up‑to‑date and reliable. You will handle inquiries from clients, providing timely and professional responses, and will act as the main point of contact for any issues that arise during the sales cycle.

    You will collaborate closely with internal departments such as Design, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure that all project requirements are met and that any potential bottlenecks are addressed promptly. Your ability to coordinate between these teams will be essential to delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Key duties include:

    • Updating sales and customer records in the CRM system.
    • Managing customer records and ensuring data integrity.
    • Answering client queries and providing support.
    • Coordinating with clients, representatives, and distributors.
    • Working internally with design, supply chain, and accounting departments.
    • Preparing sales documentation, quotes, and proposals.
    • Processing orders and verifying accuracy of orders and invoices.
    • Issuing invoices and ensuring timely payment.
    • Communicating important feedback from customers to internal teams.
    • Consulting and supporting the sales team on project matters.
    • Reaching out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
    • Coordinating sales activities and maintaining clear communication.
    • Generating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales coordination, with at least two years of experience in a similar capacity. You must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, as well as KPI analysis, will be highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
