Sales Specialist – Vegetable Seeds

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Vegetable Seeds team in Morocco. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager for Maghreb and West Africa, you will be responsible for driving sales of APV vegetable seed varieties across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned crops through direct contact with distributors, dealers, nurseries and growers.
• Develop and monitor key customer accounts, visiting them to assess needs and create sales opportunities.
• Contribute to APV market‑leadership by maximizing volume in all growing areas and supporting EMEA crop teams.
• Collect market, competitor and consumer data, turning insights into actionable reports and presentations.
• Implement action plans to increase market share and customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain a robust sales network and customer database.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and strengthen relationships across the seed value chain.
• Provide technical training, coaching and trial support to customer teams, converting trial results into sales.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the seed sector, preferably with tomato and pepper crops.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and manage key accounts.
