About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco as a Sales Support professional. Under supervision, you will help implement sales, marketing and customer‑retention plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales sub‑function plans and processes to drive business growth and profitability.
• Execute repetitive tasks related to sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution plans.
• Reconcile sales, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
• Assist in reporting improvement areas through pipeline reporting in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness.
• Verify market trends and customer requirements, helping translate them into suitable solutions.
• Provide administrative support for sales tools and processes to ensure sales force effectiveness.

Required profile

• Vocational, specialized, technical or certification level education.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience (junior level).
