Sales Support – Global Logistics

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding, the air, ocean and road freight specialist of DHL Group, is looking for a Sales Support professional in Morocco. Under supervision, you will help the sales team implement plans and processes that drive growth, profitability and customer retention across a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute repetitive tasks related to sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution plans.
• Reconcile sales, revenue and cost data against forecasts to spot problem areas.
• Assist in pipeline reporting and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness.
• Validate market trends and customer requirements, supporting the translation of products and services into tailored solutions.
• Provide administrative support for sales tools and processes to ensure sales force effectiveness.

Required profile

• Vocational, specialized or technical education.
• Less than 2 years of experience in a sales‑support or related function.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
