Sales Support – Taste Division

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is looking for a Sales Support professional to join its Taste division in Had Souhalem, Morocco. You will act as a key liaison between customers, account managers, supply chain and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, accurate and timely commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for commercial activities, handling orders, quotations and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and/or Salesforce and generate regular reports.
• Assist account managers in preparing presentations, forecasts and market analyses.
• Support cross‑functional and multicultural teams to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial support, sales support, logistics or supply chain in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French reading/writing at minimum B‑level.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
