Sales & Trade Marketing Manager – West Africa

About the role

The Sales & Trade Marketing Manager based in Casablanca will drive Sales & Distribution and Trade Marketing performance across West African markets. Reporting to the Sales Director West Africa, the role oversees the distributor’s operational team, monitors plans and budgets, and provides regular business reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with the local distributor’s team, coordinating regular business meetings and KPI monitoring.
• Support the distributor and regional sales associates to achieve volume and distribution targets at national and regional levels.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate production planning, and ensure optimal supply across markets.
• Work with the RTM Manager to guarantee effective brand distribution, covering KPIs such as coverage, range depth, drop size, and call frequency.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand performance in close coordination with Marketing.
• Develop, plan, and execute consumer programs, proposing new activation concepts and managing agency execution.
• Drive brand visibility campaigns, proposing tools while ensuring compliance with global marketing standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and coordinating cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RTM).
• Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor budgets, KPIs, and market performance.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and reporting.
