About the role
Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access while maintaining a safe environment. Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key‑control audits to ensure security standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
- Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key‑control audits.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS and complete incident reports.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage laws.
- Support management by training, motivating and coaching security staff and acting as a role model for the Fair Treatment/Open Door policy.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
