Segment Leader – Production Planning

About the role
The Segment Leader is responsible for planning production capacity, coordinating equipment utilization, and ensuring on‑time delivery to meet customer requirements in the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities
- Plan production capacity (equipment, personnel) and schedules, including additional shifts as needed.
- Coordinate optimal utilization of production equipment.
- Control on‑time production and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Analyze previous day’s production results (efficiency, quality, waste, rejects) and implement countermeasures such as KOSU or KATA.
Required profile
- Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
