Senior Audio-visual Producer / Editor

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Audio‑visual Producer / Editor to support the EU’s communication outreach on policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The expert will work on a short‑term, on‑demand pool to create high‑quality video and multimedia content that enhances the visibility of EU initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and edit audio‑visual material for campaigns, social media, websites and events.
• Coordinate filming, post‑production and quality‑assurance processes.
• Develop motion graphics, subtitles and visual effects as needed.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, campaign managers and graphic designers to ensure coherent visual storytelling.
• Ensure all outputs comply with EU branding, accessibility and communication guidelines.
• Support multimedia production for press activities, stakeholder engagements and events.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in audio‑visual production (or equivalent).
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of general audio‑visual production experience.
• At least 3 years of professional video production/editing experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional editing software.
