Senior Backend Developer (Node.js / Python)

About the role

Glo3D is a fast‑moving startup building modern 3D visualization and AI employee products on a cloud‑native architecture. As a Senior Backend Developer you will join a dynamic engineering team in Casablanca, contributing to high‑impact features and shaping the platform’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new platform features for 3D visualization and AI services.
• Refactor and improve existing backend systems for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to overall architecture decisions and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with a modern, cross‑functional engineering team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (preferred) or Python, with production‑ready ability in the other language.
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with Vibe Coding and AI‑assisted coding workflows.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and strong English communication.
• Availability for on‑call urgent situations and comfort using Visual Studio Code.
