About the role
The Senior Banker will lead the design and execution of complex financing transactions for CFG Bank’s SME and large‑company clients in Morocco. This role combines deep financial analysis, structuring expertise, and client relationship management to support the bank’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design financing structures and conduct scenario analyses for sophisticated client needs.
- Coordinate credit, legal, markets, and operational teams, overseeing contractual reviews.
- Lead client presentations and committee meetings, building and managing the corporate portfolio.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of the team’s capabilities.
Required profile
- Degree from a leading business or engineering school.
- Five to six years of financing experience with demonstrable initial management responsibilities.
- Strong analytical judgment and proven negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Casablanca.
