Senior Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Central Functional Consultant to join our global Managed Services team in Morocco. You will work closely with clients to optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, support live environments, and drive continuous improvement across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting across the full managed‑services lifecycle, from incident resolution to post‑go‑live support.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution reviews and user‑acceptance testing.
• Analyse business processes, gather requirements and design practical Business Central configurations.
• Produce functional documentation such as business requirements, design documents, test scripts and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, solution architects and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to proprietary accelerators and IP.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
• Proven background in Managed Services, Application Support or consultancy environments.
• Strong business‑process analysis, requirements gathering and solution‑design skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate technical concepts in business terms.
• Understanding of ITIL‑aligned service management practices.
