Senior Commercial Officer

About the role

FirstFinTech is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Commercial Officer to lead commercial activities in Agadir, develop business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and business partners. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills and is fully proficient in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospect and acquire new clients and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations and contracts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close business deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and coordinate with internal teams so client requirements are met.
• Follow up on sales performance, commercial activities and client satisfaction.
• Represent FirstFinTech in business meetings and professional events, and prepare regular commercial reports and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, sales or business development.
• Fluent in both English and French (mandatory).
• Proven ability to develop business and achieve commercial targets.
• Autonomous, proactive, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills.
