About the role
The Senior Compliance & Subgrants Advisor will support SPARK’s programme that aims to strengthen women’s entrepreneurship in Morocco and Tunisia. Working on a consultancy basis, the advisor will provide compliance oversight and manage sub‑grant processes during the inception phase of the project.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with donor and organisational requirements for sub‑grant activities.
- Monitor and report on sub‑grant implementation during the September‑December 2026 period.
- Coordinate with field teams in Morocco and Tunisia as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience in compliance and sub‑grant management, preferably in international development contexts.
- Familiarity with the socio‑economic environment of Morocco and Tunisia.
- Ability to work independently on a home‑based consultancy with occasional travel.
