About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Services Analyst to provide high‑level technical support for its Dynamic Yield platform. The role focuses on delivering prompt, comprehensive resolutions to complex issues while ensuring premium customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex technical issues, analyzing large data sets using internal tools and SOPs.
- Provide white‑glove support to key premium customers via the support portal and phone.
- Prioritize and manage incoming tickets efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
- Participate actively in internal support initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.
- Proven experience in the payments industry, preferably with core payment systems.
- Strong desire to help customers, with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to think creatively, articulate technical solutions clearly, and adapt to evolving product offerings.
