About the role

Huzzle is seeking an ambitious, energetic Senior Full-cycle Recruiter to join its fast‑growing healthcare recruitment team. This fully remote position combines high‑volume hiring, strategic account management, and rapid coordination to support care homes, nursing homes, and children’s residential services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term, high‑trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding staffing needs and ensuring shifts are filled efficiently.
• Source, interview, and recruit high‑quality healthcare professionals to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Coordinate temporary staffing bookings, manage shift allocations, and oversee compliance and onboarding checks.
• Match candidates to opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and contribute to team performance targets.
• Drive business growth through proactive account management and relationship building.
