About the role

Hypeo Ai is an AI‑powered creator marketplace that connects brands with influencers. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will own the design, development, and delivery of end‑to‑end product features, working closely with product, design, and operations to build reliable, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React and Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, tracing, and well‑defined SLOs.
• Improve developer experience, testing strategy, and code quality.
• Collaborate with product and operations to translate complex real‑world problems into well‑scoped technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level software engineering experience with a strong product sense.
• Ability to ship high‑quality code without reliance on AI code generators.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving seed‑stage environment and making pragmatic architectural decisions.
