Senior HR Associate – Morocco

About the role

The Senior HR Associate is a key member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center, acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries in Morocco. This full‑time permanent position supports employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to regional HR program administration and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to HR‑related inquiries via email, phone, and case system, providing guidance on policies, performance reviews, and merit processes.
• Promote and support self‑service tools such as Workday, ensuring accurate processing and audit of employee transactions.
• Participate in mapping Morocco HR services, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting transformation projects.
• Collaborate with managers to implement process changes and monitor outcomes.
• Assist with HR initiatives including training logistics, communications, and regional projects; prepare reports and handle administrative tasks.
• Report remotely to the HR Manager, maintain focus on assigned tasks, and ensure consistent execution across Morocco services.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within a global business center or shared‑service environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Adaptable, eager to learn new HR tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently and follow management directives.
