Senior Java/Angular Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java/Angular Consultant to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services and integrate them with modern front‑end applications. The role involves working closely with DevOps teams and applying best‑in‑class security and performance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
• Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs that integrate with Angular front‑ends.
• Work with MongoDB, MS SQL Server and other NoSQL/SQL databases, handling schema design, indexing and performance tuning.
• Perform API testing and debugging with Postman.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and apply basic AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, ECS) where needed.
• Ensure application performance, security best practices, and monitor system health.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
