Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy and Advisory

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Lead to provide strategic advisory on its Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. As an internal consultant, you will ensure the system design meets the real needs of the organisation and its people, while guiding the project away from generic vendor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the implementing partner, business stakeholders, and internal technology teams to review and validate solution designs.
• Identify potential downstream impacts of proposed configurations and recommend alternative approaches that align with Save the Children’s context.
• Provide evidence‑based challenges and advice to support smarter decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support member organisations during their own Oracle Fusion HCM roll‑outs, bridging gaps in expertise.
• Engage senior HR and technology leaders across the movement to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Hands‑on HR background with a deep understanding of HR processes and data flows.
• Proven ability to act as an independent advisor and constructively challenge technical solutions.
• Strong credibility and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders in a global non‑profit environment.
