Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy and Advisory

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Lead to act as the internal consultant and trusted adviser for its Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. You will ensure that the system design and build truly meet the needs of the organisation and its people, providing independent, evidence‑based guidance throughout the transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the implementing partner, business stakeholders and internal technology teams to review and validate solution designs.
• Identify potential downstream impacts, propose better alternatives and challenge default approaches that do not fit Save the Children’s context.
• Translate deep product knowledge into clear, constructive advice that supports smarter project decisions.
• Support member‑organisation implementations where partner capacity is limited and Oracle expertise gaps exist.
• Engage HR and technology leaders across the movement, providing senior‑level advisory and governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Hands‑on HR background with a strong understanding of HR processes and organisational change.
• Proven ability to act as an independent consultant and influence senior stakeholders.
• High‑visibility experience in global, multi‑stakeholder environments.
