Senior Manager Finance – Manufacturing & Operations

About the role

TE is seeking a Senior Manager Finance to lead operational and supply‑chain finance for its global manufacturing plants. The role partners with regional finance leads and plant managers to ensure compliance, drive performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of operational and supply‑chain finance for manufacturing sites worldwide.
• Lead, develop and mentor the operations finance team.
• Track, report and act on KPI results, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Consolidate monthly operational financial data, reconcile, analyse and provide improvement recommendations to the PSS leadership team.
• Prepare supplemental financial information for monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Coordinate annual cost roll‑outs, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and support strategic projects such as footprint migration, capacity analysis and automation investments.
• Conduct regular plant reviews, support business case development, and ensure SOX and policy compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or business management; an internationally recognised accounting qualification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in controlling and finance, including manufacturing budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Proven track record of partnering with functional leaders and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and develop direct reports.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
