Senior Manager, Global Change – Cash & Voucher Assistance

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager to lead global change for its Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA) programme. The role will guide the design, rollout and adoption of an integrated, automated CVA solution across country offices and member organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the organisational context and map stakeholders to create a comprehensive change plan.
• Assess the impact of the new CVA solution on people, processes, data, technology, policy and governance.
• Develop and maintain core change artefacts such as a Stakeholder Matrix, Change & Communications Plan and Change Impact Assessment.
• Collaborate with the Digital Programming Team to align priorities, monitor progress and embed new ways of working.
• Manage relationships with internal leaders, regional change managers and external partners including consultants and technology providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale change initiatives, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and its implications for organisational processes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams while driving results.
