Senior Manager, Global Change

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Change to lead the design and deployment of transformation initiatives across its worldwide network. The role will work closely with project teams, regional change managers and external partners to ensure that new ways of working are embedded effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the impact of proposed solutions on people, processes, data, technology, policy and governance.
• Develop and maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices, change & communications plans, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with project leads to align change activities with broader transformation programmes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants or technology partners.
• Support regional change managers to embed change at both global and local levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and mitigate change risks across multiple functions.
• Experience working in a multinational, mission‑driven environment.
