Senior Manager, Global Change

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Change to lead the design and delivery of high‑impact transformation initiatives across its worldwide network of country offices. The role will shape change strategies, engage stakeholders and ensure new ways of working are embedded to enhance the organisation’s ability to achieve more for children.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse organisational context and identify stakeholders to be incorporated into change plans.
• Develop and maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices, communication plans and impact assessments.
• Assess the impact of proposed solutions on people, processes, data, technology, policy, governance and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, regional change managers and external partners to align change activities with broader transformation programmes.
• Monitor progress against change plans, report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the redeployment of team members across evolving projects to match priority needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale change or transformation programmes in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of change impact across people, processes, data, technology and governance.
• Ability to work flexibly across different projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
