Senior Manager, Transformation Project Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Transformation Project Management will lead a complex, global transformation initiative for Save the Children International. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Project, the role ensures the project is planned, governed and executed to the highest standards across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, dependency tracking and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain core project artefacts such as the Project Assurance Plan, Project Brief and Project Plan.
• Contribute to strategic planning, sequencing of workstreams and resolution of cross‑cutting risks and dependencies.
• Support governance, escalation and decision‑making in partnership with the Project Lead.
• Act as the primary integration point across the project team, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Global Change Managers and relevant business functions.
• Engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including Country Offices and Members, to ensure alignment and readiness for implementation.

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, global transformation projects.
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive project governance.
• Capacity to work flexibly across hybrid or remote settings.
• Senior‑level leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
