Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

n1erp is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations and enhancements for its clients. This full‑time, remote position focuses on translating business needs into functional solutions that maximise the value of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements across finance, operations and supply‑chain domains.
• Map, optimise and configure Business Central to align with client processes.
• Design functional solutions and collaborate with technical teams on architecture, integrations and extensions.
• Oversee testing, user training, go‑live support and post‑implementation optimisation.
• Advise clients on best practices, document functional designs and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, resolve issues proactively and manage priorities in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation.
• Deep understanding of finance, operations or supply‑chain processes and their mapping to ERP solutions.
• Proven consulting background, including client‑facing work, solution recommendations and change‑management support.
• Hands‑on experience delivering multiple full‑project lifecycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate within distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
