Senior Monitoring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Monitoring Specialist to bridge our Monitoring team and Key Account Management (KAM) team. Based in Casablanca (or remotely in Europe), you will turn performance data from our top 20 clients into clear, actionable commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time performance of the company’s most important accounts and detect shifts within hours.
• Investigate root causes of changes, linking commercial signals such as TTV, bookings, and conversion to client, supplier, technical or connectivity issues.
• Produce concise, prioritized recommendations for KAMs and follow through until resolutions are implemented.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards and alert systems to make the process repeatable and scalable.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Supply, Engineering, Connectivity and Product to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, monitoring, revenue or commercial operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and spot meaningful trends.
• Deep understanding of commercial performance metrics such as TTV, revenue, traffic, conversion and bookings.
• Commercially‑driven attitude – you not only observe data but also recommend actions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with JIRA or similar issue‑tracking tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• Technical understanding of APIs, connectivity or travel‑technology concepts.
