Senior Nurse

About the role

Marriott International is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join its health services team in Marrakech. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patients' questions, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Record patient symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Recommend and implement patient care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications, start intravenous fluids, and note administration times and amounts.
• Provide basic patient care such as wound dressing, muscle massage, and temperature or blood pressure checks.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and follow all safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 3 years of related nursing experience.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Required skills

• Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Competence in administering medications and intravenous therapy.
• Proficiency in basic wound care and patient treatment procedures.
