Senior People Partner - North Africa (Morocco & Tunisia)

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior People Partner for its Morocco and Tunisia markets. You will own the HR 360 partnership for these regions, driving talent density, retention and performance across teams led by two Operations Managers. Over the next 12-18 months, the goal is to build proactive, data-driven talent strategies that move the business and embed Glovo's high-performance culture in a fast-scaling, multicultural region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GMs and local management teams (M1/M2/IC3) across Morocco and Tunisia to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Manage and support the two Operations Managers (one in Tunisia, one in Morocco).
• Own full HR 360 processes end to end, working independently while staying aligned with global HR CoEs.
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes and recommend business-aligned solutions.
• Influence, and where needed challenge, HR CoE-designed solutions (Rewards, L&D, Talent Management) so they fit local business needs.
• Drive talent density and retention of key talent, partnering with leaders on performance management for both top and low performers.
• Lead organizational design and reorg processes, balancing business outcomes with employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and work inspection requirements across both markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in full HR Generalist roles.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Openness to travel to Tunisia approximately once a month.
• Nice to have: people management experience, knowledge of labor law in Morocco and Tunisia, and experience in a multinational environment with structured processes and reporting.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with HR technology (HRIS, ATS) and reporting HR metrics.
