Senior Program Manager

About the role

RED TIC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and execute a broad portfolio of Early In Career initiatives. The role requires influencing multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, and delivering data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Influence and secure sponsorship from engineering and business stakeholders for program execution.
• Create project plans, identify risks, and optimize execution across multiple concurrent programs.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership backed by data and analytics.
• Manage the Early In Career portfolio budget, including spend tracking and forecasting.
• Establish consistent reporting standards and benchmark programs against industry best practices.
• Facilitate career‑development sessions and develop proposals for new initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, and business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both functional and technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
• Experience building and managing reporting tools, scorecards, and KPI metrics.
