Senior Project Manager - App Development

About the role

Softtek is looking for a Senior Project Manager for application development projects. The role covers planning and managing app development projects so they are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations, while managing vendors, contracts and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage application development projects
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs and performance indicators
• Maintain stakeholder communication and project alignment
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans
• Prepare executive reports and project performance updates
• Lead complex projects or related project programs and drive project teams toward successful delivery and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telematics or a related field
• Experience in application development, support and application services
• Ability to manage complex projects or related project programs
• Stakeholder management, risk management and effective communication
• English at an advanced level

Required skills

• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, PMP, IPA or ACCEI
• Budget management, cost control, forecasting and variance analysis
• Project tools: Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Executive reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel
