Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join a fast‑growing product team at a Saudi technology company that powers digital trust infrastructure. You will bridge business needs, customer problems, and technical execution to shape AI‑enabled platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, market insights, and industry trends.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across AI, API platforms, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
• Write detailed user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical initiatives.
• Define and manage product features involving APIs, integrations, AI workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Drive roadmap planning and adapt priorities based on feedback.
• Maintain product backlog, ensure sprint readiness, and support agile development and CI/CD processes.
• Lead validation activities, usability testing, and feedback loops.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and translate insights into improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as PRDs, API references, release notes, and specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS and AI environments.
• Prior hands‑on technical role (e.g., software developer, engineer, solutions engineer) – mandatory.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt design.
• Experience building and launching platform or API‑first products.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in agile settings.
