Service Sales Support Representative – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Service Sales Support Representative who is fluent in French to join Eaton’s Casablanca team. The role focuses on driving service revenue, handling quotations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Eaton’s distributed services and products through phone and email, explaining business impact to customers.
• Create and follow up on service quotations until a purchase order is received.
• Proactively contact customers based on leads to increase service revenue and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio and related services to maximize sales potential.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, technical support, and marketing teams to support sales processes.
• Organise regular meetings with sales and channel managers to review forecasts and track progress.
• Take ownership of selected accounts, manage contract renewals and upsell maintenance contracts.
• Identify data accuracy issues and escalate them as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle high volumes of work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking, analysis and reporting.
