Service Technician – Relocation – Northern Europe

About the role

Join Tesla as a Service Technician and use Tesla‑specific software and advanced diagnostic tools to maintain and repair electric vehicles across Northern Europe. You will ensure every vehicle meets Tesla’s high standards before it returns to the customer or is delivered new.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and improve Tesla vehicles using proprietary software and diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect and verify vehicle quality to guarantee first‑time fixes.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share knowledge and solve complex technical issues.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops and blended learning programs to develop technical and leadership skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle service, repair or maintenance (automotive, aviation, marine or industrial).
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work in diverse, collaborative environments.
• Flexibility to work shifts and support global operations across time zones.
• Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence for test drives and vehicle handling.
