Setup Man – Molding Operations

About the role
As a Setup Man in our molding department, you will operate a range of machine tools to produce precision parts. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure safe, sustainable, and high‑quality manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to specifications.
- Monitor workflow and quality, following procedures to address equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
- Repair identified issues, maintain machine activity logs, and document final product records.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge with team members.
