About the role

As a Setup Man in our molding department, you will operate a range of machine tools to produce precision parts. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure safe, sustainable, and high‑quality manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to specifications.
Monitor workflow and quality, following procedures to address equipment failures.
Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to maintain efficient operations.
Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
Repair identified issues, maintain machine activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

0–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge with team members.
