Setup Man – Stamping

About the role

As a Setup Man in Stamping, you will operate common machine tools, identify material properties, and produce parts to tight tolerances. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up stamping machines accordingly.
• Monitor workflow to assure quality and follow procedures for equipment failures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
• Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, sharing feedback with engineers and supervisors.
• Repair identified issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
