About the role
Yora Déco designs and manufactures high‑end custom furniture, blending elegant design with traditional craftsmanship. As Workshop Manager for millwork and upholstery, you will lead the production floor, ensuring that each piece meets the brand’s quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities, guaranteeing quality and on‑time completion.
- Manage a team of skilled carpenters and upholsterers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve profitability.
- Collaborate closely with design and logistics teams to align production schedules with client requirements.
Required profile
- Significant experience in production management, preferably within carpentry or upholstery.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of craftsmen.
- Strong mastery of artisanal manufacturing techniques and modern workshop tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor and a passion for high‑quality work.
