Setup Operator – Stamping Machines

About the role
We are looking for a Setup Man Stamping to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and setting up stamping machines to produce precision parts while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up stamping machines according to specifications.
- Monitor workflow and quality throughout the run, following procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators on machine operation.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components and report findings to engineers and supervisors.
- Diagnose and repair issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
