Sharepoint Consultant

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a senior SharePoint Consultant to join its Technical Products and Services team. This customer‑facing position requires deep expertise in both SharePoint on‑premises and SharePoint Online, along with strong communication skills to drive enterprise‑grade solutions and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise SharePoint solutions (on‑premises and cloud).
• Lead technical assessments, workshops, and solution architecture sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, develop workarounds, and ensure disaster recovery.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, from CIOs to technical staff.
• Handle critical customer issues and manage challenging situations.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and oral).
• Senior‑level experience with SharePoint On‑Premise (2016, 2019, Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online.
• Proven ability to design architecture, manage permissions, and execute migrations and upgrades.
