Shift Maintenance Leader – HVAC Plant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Shift Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance operations at our new HVAC plant in Tangier, Morocco. The role ensures equipment reliability, safety compliance and achievement of performance targets such as MTBF, MTTR and downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shift maintenance activities, guaranteeing reliability and zero operational disruption.
• Plan, prioritize and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose, analyse root causes and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotic and PLC issues.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement and apply reliability‑centered maintenance practices.
• Implement lean maintenance standards and 5S to keep a safe, organised work environment.
• Conduct risk assessments related to maintenance and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to improve machine reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with EHS, quality and company standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage contractors to guarantee legal, safety and company maintenance requirements are met.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate shift‑based maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
• Experience with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Strong capability to perform root‑cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotic and PLC systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, lean maintenance and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk assessment procedures and EHS, quality and documentation standards.
