Simulation Engineer (Stiffness)

About the role

Bertrandt is seeking a Simulation Engineer specialized in stiffness analysis to join its automotive engineering team in Rabat. You will be responsible for creating, adapting and validating simulation models that support vehicle development from concept through series production.

Key responsibilities

• Independently build and modify simulation models using ANSA, LS‑DYNA, ABAQUS, Animator and custom tools.
• Perform calculations related to stiffness, strength, misuse loads and durability, and validate the results.
• Document and present findings, coordinating with customers, project managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Develop optimization proposals and support assemblies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with design, testing and other engineering departments.

Required profile

• Technical or scientific degree in automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
• 1‑3 years of experience (junior level) in FEM‑based simulation, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, independent and structured working style, and good communication skills.
• Business‑fluent English.
