Site Supervisor (Aviation Maintenance) – Morocco

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead program management and business administration activities across multiple sites in Morocco, ensuring contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. This position combines oversight of human resources, finance, contract administration, and aviation maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across all assigned sites and coordinate work with government representatives.
• Serve as Maintenance Manager for aviation sustainment, overseeing repair, rebuild, fabrication, and modification of major end items such as engines, transmissions, rotor heads, FEDS, and rotor blades.
• Interface with unit maintenance managers, company commanders, and government staff to balance priorities and workload.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work operations, determining manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Adjust schedules and resources to meet mission readiness and resolve parts or equipment shortages.
• Provide regular status updates to regional management and government officials.
• Coordinate support services including facilities, security, and transportation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in rotary‑wing aviation maintenance and back‑shop operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑site teams and liaise with government and military stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for workforce and resource planning.
